Kyle and Aaron go to a Conservation Park 8/17/07

Today we took the boys to a conservation park. The name of the park I cannot remember... but I know its not too far away and that the boys (especially kyle really enjoyed it). Here are some pictures of the boys enjoying an outing outdoors.

Update on Kyle

This month Kyle turned 25 months. He is one big kid. He's understanding lots and beginning to talk a whole lot more. Most of his words are still hard to understand but he's trying to talk alot more now.

There isn't must to report on the little fellow... he's as troublesome as ever. He's very independent and loves to do things on his own.

Feeding Kyle is as difficult as ever.. He never likes to eat the same thing more than once, so mommy always has to be creative. here is Kyle eating Pasta by himself. He won't let me feed him.

As you can see... eating by himself results in a big mess. This is Kyle after the pasta meal, all covered with tomato sauce. Time for a bath. Kyle loves to take baths. He now loves to take "bubble" baths.

Here is Kyle enjoying his bath. The bubbles have all disappeared.

Well that is about all for Kyle for now. Nothing much to update. See you next time.

Aaron is finally 4 months

All I can say is where has the time gone? I can't believe that my little angel boy is already 4 months old. At his 4 month checkup Aaron weighed a whooping 17 lobs and 8 oz. That is a two pound weight gain. Aaron has already doubled his birth weight. I have a feeling that he will have no problem tripling his weight at one year.

Aaron accomplishments for this month. At three months Aaron learned to roll onto his tummy. He is now an expert at it and can hold his head high. He loves to talk and loves people talking to him. As long as you hold him he's a happy camper. Aaron is now on cereal (we started that at three months) and loves it. He has a bit in the morning and a bit at night. But without a doubt, the best thing ever is that we finally were able to put the crib to good use. Aaron is now sleeping in the crib at night and usually only wakes up once for a feeding. Sometimes he even sleeps through the night, but that is still rare.

Here is a picture of Aaron talking back.

There is no doubt in my mind that Aaron just adores his older brother Kyle. His eyes are constantly following Kyle's every movement. Whenever Kyle is around Aaron's eyes light up especially when Kyle plays with him. Here is a picture of a typical morning when Kyle insists on being near Aaron.

Here is a video of Aaron playing. He's getting more and more alert each day. He loves music and playing with things. He's learning to grip and brings everything to his mouth. Aaron is still learning to hold the bottle hehheheh he can hold the bottle and bring it to his mouth and leave it there for a few seconds but then drops it. Hopefully by the end of the month he can hold the bottle by himself (crosses my finger). Hmmm... what else cand I update you about Aaron???? I think that is about it for now. I will post an update on the other little monster tomorrow... right now momma is going to bed :-)

Here are a few more pictures of the little boys. Kyles update tomorrow :-)

Videos of Kyle & Aaron

Here is a video of Kyle saying his name and that he loves mommy (in vietnamese). As noted earlier, Kyle can say three full sentences. "Con Yeu Me Lam" -- I love mommy lots and two english sentences "My name is Kyle" and " I love you Mommy". Kyle just turn two and is so active... he never wants to sit down and relax.. .always on the go. Other accomplishments of kyle is that he can count from one to ten in english and vietnamese. Right now he is learning his abc's. He is able to identify several letters from a pile: "W" "B" "O" are his favorite letters. Kyle loves his little brother so much that in a given day he will kiss Aaron at least a couple of hundred times. He is such a good brother, though sometimes he will overdue it and bite Aaron but those incidents are becoming less and less.

Here is a small clip of Aaron turning over. Now that he has accomplished that feat, the little fellow refuses to lie on his back. Everytime we put him down he turns over. Aaron just turned 3 months in July and at his 3 month check up he was a whooping 15 1/2 pounds. Considering that he was gaining a minimum of 3 pounds per month, I was shocked he weighed so much. He is a big baby though he is not as chunky. He has really chuncky legs though.

We started Aaron on cereal this month. He started off with rice cereal and now is eating oatmeal to. He eats at bit in the morning and right before bed. He loves his cereal and loves to eat.

Besides rolling, the other day (august 3 2007) was the first night that Aaron slept through the night in his own crib. Wow... of course I doubt that will last hahahhah knowing my luck... Kyle in his 2 years slept in his crib less than 5 times. Hopefully we can get Aaron to sleep in his crib more often. But only time will tell.

Well that is all for now. As you can tell, my obsession is my kids and I love to talk and post about them. Come back next time for more updates on my little angels :-)

My Boys

Here is a picture of all my boys. I am destined to be in a house full of men, unless of course I attempt to try again and hope for a girl....NOT.... This is it... my family.... hehehhe. I am the luckiest girl in the world to be blessed with such an amazing family :-)
Here are some recent pictures of the little ones. Please bear with me while I learn how to navigate this. First time doing a blog.

Kyle and Aaron finally have a Blog

Hi Everyone!

Well its about time that I finally create a blog for my amazing two little angels. I wanted to do one a long time ago but was lazy but now I figured it was time. Well July has come and passed and it was a busy one. Kyle turned 2 and we had his birthday party at an indoor playground. Suffice to say that Kyle had a blast. I hope all the kids and adults that attended had fun to. Unfortunately Aaron, who was 2 1/2 months at the time spent most of it sleeping and/or staring into space. By the end of July Kyle was able to say 3 full sentences. Two in english and one in vietnamese. The first sentence he said was in Vietnamese "Con Yeu Me Lam": translation- I love mommy lots [Boy was I excited when he said that]. The next sentence he was able to say was "My name is Kyle" and "I love you mommy". It was so cute. Another accomplishment is that on fathers day kyle (for the first time, on his own accord) counted from 1-10 in both english and vietnamese. My little boy is growing up so fast.

Aaron turned 3 months in July and his greatest accomplishment is that he is able to roll over which means that he never likes to lie on his back. Everytime I try to put him on his back he rolls over to his tummy. This includes sleeping to... he loves to sleep on his tummy....

Kyle loves his brother lots. Always kissing and hugging the poor kid. I just say that Aaron has a lot of love wounds hhahahha.

Anyhow, that is what has happened so far. come back again for more updates on my two little angels.
